NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS

All appointments are scheduled in advance to ensure every client receives the full time and attention they deserve. A non-refundable booking fee is required for all new clients to secure an appointment. If you arrive late or fail to attend your booking, this fee will be forfeited.

Existing clients are not required to pay a booking fee, however, repeated lateness or missed appointments may result in future bookings being declined. I appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy—it helps me manage my time fairly for all clients.

CHILDREN & GUESTS

For the comfort, safety, and relaxation of everyone in the studio, please do not bring children or babies to your appointment. My treatment space is not suitable for young visitors, and I want you to be able to fully unwind and enjoy your experience.

APPOINTMENTS & AVAILABILITY

I always do my best to accommodate appointment requests, but I will never compromise the quality or safety of treatments by squeezing clients in. Each procedure is carried out within the appropriate professional timeframe. Please note that waiting times may vary depending on demand — you can check the latest availability through my online booking system.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive promptly for your appointment. I run a structured schedule to ensure every client receives their full treatment. Late arrival may result in a shortened session or, in some cases, the appointment being rescheduled if there isn’t enough time to complete the treatment safely.

HEALTH & MEDICAL INFORMATION

Before your first treatment, you’ll be asked to complete a confidential consultation form about your health and lifestyle. This information allows me to tailor your treatment safely and effectively. Please inform me in advance if you have any medical conditions or recent changes to your health, as these may affect your treatment options.

AFTERCARE

Following your treatment, you’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions to help optimise your healing and maintain results. Please follow this guidance carefully, as it directly impacts your results and overall treatment success.

PERMANENT MAKE-UP POLICIES

PRE-CARE GUIDELINES

Proper preparation is key to achieving the best results from your permanent makeup treatment. Please take a moment to review the following recommendations before your appointment.

EYEBROWS

Allow your natural brow hairs to grow for at least 2–3 weeks prior to your appointment. This helps me see your natural shape and symmetry.

Avoid brow lamination, tinting, or waxing for at least 3 weeks beforehand, as these can irritate the skin.

Remember, cosmetic tattooing enhances your natural brows — it doesn’t replace makeup entirely. If you like a fuller look, you may still wish to use a little brow pencil after healing.

LIP BLUSH

If you have ever experienced cold sores (herpes simplex), please speak with your doctor about taking a prescribed antiviral medication before and after your procedure.

Begin antivirals 2 days prior to your appointment, as advised by your healthcare provider.

Gently exfoliate your lips daily in the week leading up to your treatment to remove dry skin.

Keep your lips well-hydrated with a nourishing balm (avoid Vaseline-based products).

Please wait at least 4 weeks before or after any lip filler or injection appointments.

LASH ENHANCEMENT

Please have eyelash extensions removed at least 2 weeks before your appointment.

Stop using lash growth serums (such as RevitaLash or similar) for at least 3–4 months before treatment, as they can cause increased sensitivity and pigment migration.

If you wear contact lenses, bring your glasses — lenses must be removed before the procedure.

Arrive with clean eyes and no eye makeup, including mascara or eyeliner.

GENERAL PRE-TREATMENT GUIDELINES

To ensure your skin is in the best possible condition for your permanent makeup procedure, please follow these preparation steps:

TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Avoid any Botox, dermal fillers, or other cosmetic facial treatments in the area to be tattooed.

• Stop using Retinol, AHA/BHA acids, or chemical exfoliants on the treatment area to prevent irritation or skin thinning.

• Refrain from sunbathing, tanning beds, or excessive UV exposure — your skin must not be sunburned or recently tanned.

ONE WEEK BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

• If approved by your doctor, avoid taking blood-thinning medications or supplements, as these can increase bleeding and affect pigment retention. This includes:

◦ Aspirin or Ibuprofen

◦ Fish Oil

◦ Vitamin E

◦ Ginkgo Biloba

24-48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • No caffeine, alcohol consumption or energy drinks

THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • Eat before your appointment to stabilise blood sugar

  • Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup in the area

  • You may bring earphones and something to listen to

POST-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Proper aftercare is essential to ensure your new cosmetic tattoo heals beautifully and lasts as long as possible. Please follow these guidelines carefully for the best results.

WHAT TO EXPECT

-Complete healing generally takes 4–6 weeks for all permanent makeup procedures.

-The initial healing phase (when flaking or light scabbing occurs) usually lasts around 7–14 days.

-Immediately after your treatment, the colour will appear 30–50% darker and more defined than the final result — this is completely normal.

-Some redness or mild swelling may occur for the first day or two.

-As your skin heals, the colour will soften and lighten — this fading is a normal part of the healing process.

- A perfecting session is recommended 8–12 weeks after your initial treatment to refine the colour and shape once your skin has fully healed.

AFTERCARE GUIDELINES

•Keep the treated area clean, dry, and free from sweat for up to 2 weeks, depending on the area treated.

•Avoid makeup on or around the tattooed area until the skin is fully healed.

•Refrain from swimming, saunas, steam rooms, or hot yoga for approximately 2 weeks, as excess heat and moisture can disrupt healing.

•Protect the area from direct sunlight and tanning beds for at least 4 weeks after your procedure.

•Use your aftercare ointment as advised — a thin layer applied as directed will support proper healing.

•Do not pick, scratch, or rub the area while it heals. Allow any flaking to come away naturally to avoid pigment loss or scarring.

BOOKING POLICY - PERMANENT MAKE-UP

Please ensure you have read and understand our terms and conditions before making your appointment:

  • Cosmetic tatoo healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results.

  • PLEASE NOTE: If you are booking cosmetic tattoo and have been previously tattooed somewhere else and are interested in cover-up/re-work, you MUST email us a clear photo PRIOR to booking your appointment.

  • Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently.

  • A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit is required in order to book and confirm every new appointment.  The remainder of the balance is to be paid on the day of the first session.

  • We require 48 hours notice if you decide to reschedule your appointment.  If you fail to turn up for your appointment without informing us first, you will automatically forfeit your deposit.

  • Please contact us if you are going to be late. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required to re-book any appointment that was cancelled for lateness or if it is marked as a no-show.

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time.

  • Both cosmetic tattoo treatments must be booked at the time of scheduling initial appointment and a retouch if required, must be taken within 12 weeks of initial appointment.  If you need to cancel your retouch appointment and rebooking cannot be made until after the 12 week period - further fees may occur.

  • It is imperative you read and follow all pre treatment requirements . Failure to do so may mean your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
